If you are traveling to the OTA 2025 from outside the United States, the following resources provide helpful information for planning your trip.

Please note: OTA cannot intervene with U.S. embassies abroad or with the U.S. State Department. It is recommended that you bring your invitation letter (download below) and your meeting confirmation to your visa interview.
Do you need a letter of invitation to travel to the United States?
Please note that obtaining an appointment for a visa could take more than three months. If you are not a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident, you may require a nonimmigrant visa to enter the United States. Nonimmigrant visas are for international travelers coming to the United States temporarily. To help secure your visa, you can use the downloadable form to create a personalized invitation letter to OTA 2025.

I need a Certificate of attendance. How may I receive one?
While on-site in Phoenix, you can obtain your Certificate of Attendance at the end of the International Trauma Care Forum if you are attending this course, or at the Registration desk located at the North Hall Lobbies A - C.
