*Annual Meeting registration does not include pre-meeting and concurrent courses/events. You must register and pay for each pre-meeting event you wish to attend. The exception are the Basic Science Focus Forum and International Trauma Care Forum, they are included in the annual meeting registration fee but you must select one at the time of registration. Early registration ends September 15. After this date, meeting prices increase.

Important Registration Information

Register online only.
If you have outstanding dues, you will be charged the non-member rate. You must pay your dues first to access the member rate.
Pre-meeting events are not added automatically to your registration. You must select them individually (additional fees required). The exception are the Basic Science Focus Forum and International Trauma Care Forum, they are included in the annual meeting registration fee but you must select one at the time of registration.
You are permitted to register for more than one concurrent pre-meeting event, but you are responsible for managing your attendance to overlapping events.
International Registrants - please call your financial institution to authorize the charges before completing your registration, as your bank might decline the transaction under the Fraud Protection Program.
International Registrants – if you select pre-meeting only and International Trauma Care Forum you will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting. You must choose the Annual Meeting and International Trauma Care Forum to attend both.
International Presenters - Please visit the International Attendees page for invite letters and other pertinent travel information.
Receptions are included with your registration fee but you must add them to your registration. You must purchase a companion ticket if you plan to bring a guest to the Welcome Reception.
Once registration is complete, you may add the event to your calendar and print your invoice via links on the confirmation page.
Badge sharing is not allowed. Charges for lost and reprinted badges will apply.

Accessibility

OTA will consider the requests of persons with disabilities for reasonable modifications of policies, practices and procedures or for auxiliary aids and services where necessary to provide access to OTA facilities, events, services and products. OTA encourages that such requests be made as soon as possible to enhance OTA’s ability to accommodate the requests.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations or requests for refunds must be made by email at ota@ota.org or by calling 847.698.1631. Please note there is $100 administrative fee automatically deducted from the paid amount.

Deadline: October 8, 2025 Full refund less $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after this date. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows for pre-meeting courses or the Annual Meeting.
